Love-Life interests and expertise
After working as a psychologist in private practice for 15 years and treating a wide variety of individuals, I have been struck by the tremendous lack of relationship satisfaction and fulfillment that most people experience. It seems that we are expertly trained to do many things extraordinarily well, yet we seem to lack the skills and motivation to be successful in our intimate relationships. Many expect relationships to work on auto-pilot, yet successful relationships take a great deal of time and effort. One of my burning desires is to help identify the obstacles to greater intimacy in relationships and help people overcome them. Intimate relationships can be a great source of joy and fulfillment, and it is my desire to help people realize their full potential in their interpersonal relationships.
